Latochka and Hmarenya

This book tells of a kingdom in which there was a terrible ban on the free use of water. So the water was worth its weight in gold. But a real cloud visited the dusty, drought-weary kingdom, or rather the Cloud, which upset everything. She befriends a poor maid named Latochka, and together they embark on an incredible adventure, finally defeating the greedy King Fontanius and his insidious servant Servant.
